Costs

Cost for shipping is quoted on the checkout page after entering your address. If no shipping is available, please contact us, as we may be able to manually create a shipping price for you.

Please note: When shipping internationally, the buyer will be responsible for all tariffs and taxes applicable in the destination country. This will not be added to the cost of the basket automatically. If you'd like to know how much this is likely to cost, please refer to your country's own import policies.

Handling

Upon order you will be notified when the item is likely to be shipped.

• If in stock, the items will typically be packaged and shipped within 2 working days
• If not in stock, the items will be shipped within 2 working days once back in stock
• Special orders (made to order) may take many months, depending on the supplier's ability to manufacture to order

Carrier

Shipment will be made via insured courier of our choice - for example, UPS, FedEx or initiated from Royal Mail (UK). It will depend on the product and destination as to the actual courier used. If you have preferred carrier, please contact us prior to ordering.

Shipping may take several working days (when shipping within the UK) to arrive, and will depend on whether you are available to receive the goods from the courier.

All goods are expected to arrive with you within one week of order.
